ATMI Ultra Clean Pharma Grade packaging and storage materials

M.M.R.C. offers a range of pharmaceutical grade clean room grade LDPE and PE bags to contain critical pharmaceutical ingredients as well as ultra clean sterilization bags.

Medical Grade PE bags:


  • Pinhole-free medical grade PE film extruded in a controlled environment.
  • Bag is produced in a Cleanroom ISO Class 5 environment.
  • Standard thickness: 100 um, other thicknesses available upon request.
  • Available in various shapes: tubing, centerfold, sheets, bags and other.
  • Standard cleanliness level 100.
  • Suitable for Vials for intravenous solutions, Active pharmaceutical ingredients.
  • Sensitive medical devices, Medical components.

                             

Contained Powder Transfer Bags:


  • Antistatic, pinhole-free LDPE film.
  • Transfer of API powders, Bulk Pharmaceutical Chemicals (BPC).
  • Potent drug substances destined for clinical trials, transfer of hazardous powders.
  • Transfer to tablet or capsule machines.
  • In-house PE film extrusion, bag is produced in an ISO Class 5 environment.
  • Low particle and bio-burden levels.
  • Cleanliness level 200 for interior and exterior of bags.
  • Sterilizable by gamma-irradiation (25 kGray).
  • Tri-clamp connectors available in 2.5, 4 and 6 inches.
  • Rigid handle for easy handling.

Cleanstream bags


  • One side uncoated Tyvek® 1073B and one side co-extruded, (pinhole-free) temperature-resistant and translucent HDPE.
  • HDPE film extruded in a controlled environment.
  • Bag is produced in a Cleanroom ISO Class 5 environment and ultraclean to level 200.
  • Various standard sizes. Custom sizes available upon request.
  • Standard printing of steam sterilization indicators.
  • Allows for steam, EtO and gamma sterilization processes.
  • Suitable for stoppers, vials, syringe components, medical devices, sterile containers.
  • Choice of standard or Easy-Tear opening.
